Agreement to Volunteer Terms and Conditions

By applying to become a volunteer with School Connect India, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Commitment and Availability:

    • I understand that volunteering is a commitment of my time and effort. I agree to be punctual and reliable, and to fulfill my volunteering duties to the best of my ability.

  2. Conduct and Behavior:

    • I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner at all times while representing School Connect India. I will adhere to the organization’s values, mission, and policies.

  3. Confidentiality:

    • I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information I may access during my volunteer work, including but not limited to, personal information, internal documents, and operational procedures.

  4. Training and Compliance:

    • I agree to participate in any required training sessions and to follow all safety guidelines and protocols established by School Connect India.

  5. Use of Materials and Resources:

    • I agree to use any materials, resources, or tools provided by School Connect India responsibly and only for the purpose of my volunteer work.

  6. No Compensation:

    • I understand that this is a volunteer position and that I will not receive any monetary compensation, benefits, or any other form of remuneration for my services.

  7. Termination:

    • I acknowledge that School Connect India reserves the right to terminate my volunteer position at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

  8. Media Release:

    • I grant permission to School Connect India to use my name, photograph, and any content I create as a volunteer, for promotional, educational, or other purposes related to the organization’s mission.

  9. Health and Safety:

    • I confirm that I am in good health and able to perform the tasks required for my volunteer position. I will notify School Connect India of any changes to my health that may affect my ability to volunteer.

  10. Acknowledgement:

    • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to comply may result in the termination of my volunteer services.
